This makes it vitally important to define a quality policy that effectively contributes to guaranteeing the conformity of the devices manufactured to the applicable requirements, customer satisfaction and business growth.

 

Medicalplastic pursues quality as a business management instrument which should provide benefits not only in terms of the product, but also in terms of productivity and reduction of management costs.

 

Medicalplastic’s quality policy:

 

a) is appropriate for the organization's goals;

 

b) includes a commitment to securing requirements and continual improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system;

 

c) provides benchmarks for defining and reviewing quality objectives;

 

d) is communicated and understood within the organization;

 

e) is periodically reviewed to verify ongoing suitability.

 

Medicalplastic instituted a Quality Management System in order to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers through safe and reliable products, together with regular and efficient service.
